Jerome was born and raised in Normandy. He worked for Taittinger Champagne as National Director, before coming to Monsieur Touton as Executive Director and developing a large portfolio of Wines, Champagne and Liquors through Domestic wholesalers at a national level.
Dinner includes a four course tasting menu, created by Chefs Thomas Luna and Krista Harr, with exceptional wine pairings.
